Zeepa Sara John had her schooling at the prestigious Ewart Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chennai. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at Womens Christian College, Chennai and her Post-Graduate Degree in Chemistry at Madras Christian College, Chennai. She completed her Bachelors Degree in Education at the Centre for Teacher Education, Kerala University. She has passed out as the topper at the Department of Education, University of Madras for her Post-Graduate Degree in Education. She also had the privilege of working under the tutelage of Dr. D. Kumaran for her M.Ed dissertation titled E-Readiness in Learning among the Students of Higher Education in the Departments of the University of Madras. Under the guidance of Dr. S. Robinson (Assistant Professor, Perunthalaivar Kamarajar (Govt) College of Education, Karaikal), she successfully completed her M.Phil Degree in Education at Alagappa University, Karaikudi, applying the qualitative methodology for her dissertation titled "A Study of the Growth and Development of an Infant during the First Year of Life". She has also successfully cleared the UGC NET examination for Lecturership in Education. She has the experience of working in both schools and a College of Education. She is the sole author of the book "Philosophical and Sociological Foundations of Education".She is also the founder of Centre for Excellence in Mathematics and Science (C.E.M.A.S) which provides after-school support to CBSE students. The centre is widely known for enabling the students to achieve excellent results in the the Board examinations. C.E.M.A.S has produced State toppers at both SSLC and HSLC examination. The classes are conducted by well-qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty.The C.E.M.A.S Foundation App has been developed in order to give students an opportunity to learn in an online mode. Simple language has been used so that every student will be able to understand the concepts with clarity. Through the app, the students have an opportunity to view the classes more than once so that they understand the concepts thoroughly. The content is based on the NCERT syllabus. Parental support is expected as it will lead to improved student performance.
